My guiding principles in life are "BE the change you WISH to see in the world" & "WHAT IF..?". Early in my life, I came across with different cultures (India, Russia, etc.) which was the best thing that could have happened to me and made me a better person and entrepreneur.

I used to be a manager, co-developing young culture to an intern. software sourcing provider with 200+ employees in 6 countries. During scaling agile in 2006 we made all mistakes you could imagine. Overcoming these challenges we increased productivity by +200% and customer-& employee satisfaction.
As a former leader of big eCommerce programs I also know the challenges of agile teams, scrum masters, product owners and stakeholders at first hands.
