  • Catalyst Leadership – Distinguish customary from change leadership competencies.
  • Leadership Power - Dive into the polarity of power and its application in leadership. 
  • Leadership Focus – Improve outcomes through a better focus blend across do, lead and coach.
  • Catalyst Conversations™ – Practice a technique to improve every conversation.



Day 2: Agility in Organizations

  • Aligning Values – Explore values and alignment for improved performance and health.
  • Organizational Agility – Distinguish outside-in and inside-out approaches for impactful change.
  • Levers of Change – Identify three key levers for shaping culture: structures, policies and metrics.
  • Value Delivery Case Studies – Dive into examples of improving organizational value delivery.
  • Catalyst Canvas™ – Practice a technique to focus, align and accelerate organizational change. 
  • Change & Transition – Distinguish change from transition and help co-create sustained change.
