CAL-E course provides deep knowledge of Agile Leadership practices and principles.
Certified Agile
Leadership for Teams
(CAL-T)
Intermediate Level
Leaders will learn how to create a safe-to-fail environment while fostering a culture of transparency, inspection and adaptation to allow for experimentation and continuous learning within their teams.
Understand how you can influence the workplace and empowering your teams to thrive.
Certified Agile Leadership for Organizations
(CAL-O)
Intermediate Level
C-suite leaders and directors are now required to shift the way that they think about their organizational culture and employees and become change agents.
The CAL-O bring awareness to the practices and principles of agility and how they apply to business/organizational agility.
Certified Agile Leadership II
Advanced Level
A program that consists of advanced education, validated practice, and a peer-based workshop.
It is a deep dive into the concepts of the CAL1 that includes practical role-playing experiences and advanced personal growth skills. It also covers additional material that builds on CAL1 around organizational evolution and high performance.

For an Agile Leadership Certification, you have to chose one of these paths:
Once you’ve completed a combination of two or more of CAL-E, CAL-T, or CAL-O, you are able to progress to CAL II, a program that consists of advanced education, validated practice, and a peer-based workshop.
