Pete Behrens 

Pete Behrens is the Founder & CEO of the Agile Leadership Journey, an organization, curriculum, and community devoted to improving leaders and their organizations. As an engineer by profession, Pete now guides leaders and organizations to be more focused, responsive and resilient to change. 

Pete is the creator and host of the (Re)Learning Leadership podcast. Along with expert guides and his guests, Pete explores leadership challenges, discussing paths for new awareness and growth for leaders to improve their leadership in highly complex and rapidly changing environments.


As a systemic coach and leader himself, Pete led the development of the Certified Enterprise Coaching (CEC) and Certified Agile Leadership (CAL) programs for the Scrum Alliance. Furthermore, he served on their Board of Directors from 2016-2018.
