Product Owner Academy
Certified Scrum Product Owner
The official CSPO course focuses on the responsibilities of the Product Owner (PO), a key part of the Scrum Framework. Much of the course discusses in detail the role of the Product Owner and their responsibilities.
Trainer: Iain McKenna
The training was developed based on observations of the performance of PO's in different organizations, which functions can come to play and what is the most appropriate profile for a PO. The five levels of planning essential for the PO are seen in practice, understanding the return on investment and quantification of business value, techniques for creating and maturing Backlogs, implementation of Release Planning and techniques for negotiation and collaboration.
